Lehman and Langer in a tie with Broadhurst and Triplett at 18

On the final hole of the 2018 tournament, Bernhard Langer and Tom Lehman stood tied with Paul Broadhurst and Kirk Triplett.

Triplett his sunk ball into the right bunker on his second stroke, and Langer landed his ball rather lofty and to the left of the hole.

Since I had seen Kid Rock hole the ball from the very same spot as Langer's in a Skins game with Jack Nicklaus, I had my money on Langer to putt and win.

All I could see of Triplett down in the bunker was the top of his white hat. Then came the swing and some flying sand. Triplett pitched the ball up from the bunker with a kerplunk into the bottom of the 18th hole.

Langer's putt meandered, adding a stroke to the Langer/Lehman team.
